Our Fave Hair Looks This Halloween

Spooky season is upon us, babe! We love a dress-up opportunity, so naturally we’ve come up with a few ideas for your Halloween costumes. Why these three? Well, they give great hair, that’s why! Who says Halloween hair has to be a frizzy, tangled mess – although, if you go that way, you can always de-spook the day after with our nourishing Miracle Mask.

We think these Halloween hairstyles are so cute, you’ll be replicating them way into the new year.

Look 1: Sabrina Carpenter

Please, please, please try Sabrina’s signature bouncy blowout this Halloween! Perfect for the babes with bangs, it’s actually the easiest ever to copy with the right tools.

Start with our Heat Protect Spray on your damp here before styling to keep hair shielded from any damage. Once your hair is dry, use your Infrared Bounce Brush section by section, holding briefly under roots to add extra volume. At the ends, twist the brush and hold vertically, slowly brushing out to create her retro lengths.

Look 2: Dallas Cowboys Cheerleader

You know what this look calls for – yup, major volume! Dallas Cowboys Cheerleader hair takes time, so start early and go slow to achieve those silky, voluminous curls that last through your performance of ‘Thunderstruck’.

First up - Heat Protect Spray. Yep, any time you style, spritz it on. Use your Everlast Airstyler to add curls using the curling attachment, or, if you have longer lengths, the 32mm round brush, twisting at the end of each section before releasing hair. Add extra volume at the roots with the Volumising Round Brush attachment by holding it underneath the top sections of your hair, and then releasing.

Look 3: Mermaid

The easiest Halloween hair ever? Mermaid waves! This no-effort, all-payoff look is a great last-minute costume – just add a glittery bikini top and tie some shimmery material from your local craft store around your waist. Done!

Start with (what else!?) Heat Protect Spray. Then, mist Sea Salt Spray from roots to ends – it’ll give extra grit to hold those waves and make them look like you stepped out of the ocean. Divide hair into three sections, and clamp the Wave Wand 32mm a couple of centimetres from roots. Hold for five to ten seconds, then release and clamp the next section down your lengths. Repeat all round!
