Q: how long is your Shipping time?

A: Delivery times vary by carrier and shipping method chosen at checkout; however, typically, it is 1-10 business days after the order leaves our warehouse.

Q: I need to change something on my order. How do I go about this?

A: We are happy to make changes to your order; however, our team can only edit orders before they have been processed. Please email WeCare@BondiBoost.com.au for any changes or questions.

Q: When can I expect my items to ship?

A: Your order will be shipped the same day if placed before 10 am. However, our processing time is 1-2 business days. Please allow a buffer during a sale and the holidays.

Q: My order is delayed; what do I do? 

A: We understand it is frustrating when your package is delayed. The best thing to do is to contact the courier directly regarding the delay, as this can be the quickest way to receive feedback regarding your package.

Q: I forgot to add my discount code before I checked out. Can you do it for me?

A: Yes, we can retroactively apply your discount code as long as it's valid and the items in your order are eligible.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Q: What is your return policy?

A: We are thrilled to offer a 30-day Money-Back Guarantee. If you're not happy, we're not happy. That's why we'll gladly give you your money back if you are not 100% satisfied with your BondiBoost purchase. We encourage you to try the product for at least two weeks. If you aren’t happy with the results, simply return the items within 30 days (yes, the items need to be returned) and we'll refund you. Please refer to our return policy here.

Q: How do i start a return?

Q: When can i expect my return to be processed?

A: Your return will be processed in 1-2 business days (not including public holidays). If you decide to use your own courier method for the return, please provide our customer service team with the tracking information. Please email the return information to WeCare@BondiBoost.com.au.

Q: Can I return products that were not purchased on BondiBoost.co.uk?

A: All products must be purchased through BondiBoost.com in order to qualify for our 30-Day money-back guarantee. If purchased from another retailer, we recommend contacting them to assist you further with a return or exchange.

Q: My product was damaged in transit. What do I do?

A: Please email WeCare@BondiBoost.com.au within seven days of receiving your product; also include photos of the damaged goods, and we can replace all damaged goods for you.

Q: WHAT IS MOCRA?

A: The Modernization of Cosmetics Regulation Act – passed in 2022 – gives the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (“FDA”) greater control over standards and regulations within the cosmetics industry.

 These rules require, among other things, a more detailed approach to listing ingredients.

As an ethical cosmetic company made with natural ingredients that we’re proud of, we welcome these changes and the additional protections they provide consumers.

All brands in the United States must ensure compliance with MoCRA by 2025 – but we’re getting in early.

Q: HOW DO I READ THE NEW LABEL? WHAT DOES IT ALL MEAN?

A: Our ingredients list may look different, but that’s not because our core formula has changed.  Under the upcoming rules, if a complex in our product is composed of multiple ingredients, each ingredient must be individually listed. This means our ingredients list will look a little longer.

What’s important is that our hero ingredients – Rosemary, Peppermint, Redensyl and Procapil – haven’t changed, and we’ve made some improvements to the front-of-bottle label so that’s clear.

    • For example: Our Procapil complex will be listed on the label in its individual component parts, Aqua (and) Biotinoyl Tripeptide-1 (and) Butylene Glycol (and) Oleanolic Acid (and) PEG-40 Hydrogenated Castor Oil (and) PPG-26-Buteth-26 (and) Apigenin.

Q: WHY IS MY LABEL CHANGING IF I DON'T LIVE IN THE U.S.?

A: We’re rolling out the change across all markets so that our global customers receive the same package experience and product.

Q: Are BondiBoost products nut-free?

A: No, our products contain nut oils and our manufacturing facilty is not nut-free.

Q: How do I unlock pump?

A: To unlock the mechanism of the pump, ensure the neck is on as tight as possible. Once the neck of the bottle is tightly fastened, twist the pump several times clockwise. This will release the pump

Q: Are your products cruelty-free?

A:Yes, we love animals as much as you do and therefore we would never test our products on any animals!

Q: Where are BondiBoost products made?

A:  The majority of our products are made in Australia, however some U.S.-sold products are made in the U.S. to help us lower our carbon footprint, while still using the highest quality, natural Australian ingredients available.

 Think: sourced in Australia, mixed in either Australia or the United States.

A: Bondi Beach Club is our free rewards program that allows you to earn points on your purchases, reviews, and more! You can redeem your points for rewards, and discounts. Q: How do I join BB Rewards?

A: All you need to do is sign up for BB Rewards here and you can start earning points immediately!

Q: How do I earn points?

A: There are various ways to earn points! Points for every purchase 1pt =£1, Create an account (+25), Follow on Instagram (+5), Like on FB (+5), Follow on Tiktok (+5), Take the quiz (+20), Birthday Reward Tiered (+100,150,200), Product Review (+20) Review with photo (+30), Review with video (+40), Anniversary reward tiered (+25,50,75), Referral Program (+100). This list is not all inclusive and BondiBoost has the right to edit & change the ways to earn points at any given time.

Q: How do I redeem my points?

A: You can redeem your points for discounts on BondiBoost.com! For example, 100 points can be redeemed for £10 off your purchase.

Q: Will my points expire?

A: BB Rewards will expire after 12 months. This cannot be undone because our points are on a rolling year.

Q: I referred a friend. why didn't I RECEIVE any points?

A: Thank you so much for sharing BondiBoost with your friends and family. For using our referral program, your friends and family will receive £10 off their next purchase of £20 or more and you, the referrer will receive 100 BB points in your account once the purchase is complete.

Q: Can I use multiple discounts with my points?

A: Unfortunately, we cannot offer multiple discounts on a singular purchase.

Q: How do I check my point balance?

A: To view your current point balance, please log in to your BB Rewards account. Your existing points will be populated on the page. If you believe there are any issues with your points, please allow 2 days for them to update, if the issue persists, please email our customer service team at WeCare@BondiBoost.com.au.

Q: How do I advance into the next tier?

A: Our tiers are based on pounds spent within a rolling year.

Our Babe Tier: £0-£149; Our Beauty Tier: £150-£299; Our Bombshell Tier: £300+.

A rolling year is based on when you sign up for BB Rewards or advance to the next level. For example, once you achieve the pound threshold of the next tier, your year will restart.

Q: What are the shipping discounts for BB Rewards?

A: The shipping discounts are as follows per tier:

Q: I purchased something but didn't receive any points. what's going on?

A: Please allow 48 hours for your account to update your point balance. If you believe something still needs to be corrected, please email our customer service, WeCare@BondiBoost.com.au.

Q: How do i write a review and receive points?

A: You will receive a review email requesting you leave a review on your recent BondiBoost purchase 21 days after delivery. You must use this email to leave a review to earn points; the reviews submitted directly on-site will not be rewarded BB points. By submitting a standard review, you will receive 20 BB points. Additionally, if you add a photo to your review, you will receive 30 BB points; for a video review, you will receive 40 BB points.

Q: DO I GET POINTS FOR PURCHASING BONDIBOOST IN STORE?

A: No, you can only earn and redeem points on BondiBoost.co.uk

Q: I am already a Bondi Boost customer. Will I receive points for previous purchases?

A: Yes! The Bondi Boost Team decided to backlog points until May 30th, 2023. Therefore, any purchases made after this date will be awarded the points.

Q: What is the anniversary reward?

A: The Anniversary reward is the date you signed up for BB Rewards! For example, if you signed up on September 17th, 2023, you will receive the anniversary award next year on September 17th, 2024.

Q: Can I return my order if I redeemed rewards points for a discount?

A: Yes. If you are returning the entire order, we will refund you the total pound amount spent after the discount was applied. The points you used to redeem the discount will also be added back to your rewards account.
