Q&A

When using this product on wet hair, does it have a continuous protective effect such that I don’t have to reapply it the next day when I style my hair? I’m asking because spraying this product on dry hair makes my hair sticky and stiff.
Hi there! Great question! We recommend applying the product before styling to ensure your hair is fully protected. If your hair feels sticky or stiff, it might help to give the bottle a good shake before use or adjust the amount applied. Sometimes, if the product has been sitting for a while, the ingredients can separate, which may affect the texture. A good shake will help mix everything together for a smoother application.
Are you supposed to use this on wet or dry hair?
Our heat spray can be used on both dry and wet hair!
Should this be used before or after the Volume + Texture Styling Cream?

I am allergic to fragrance. Does this product have fragrance or a strong smell?
