how to use

In the shower before shampooing, tilt head back and use the nozzle to directly apply formula onto scalp and strands, massage for 10-15 secs, then follow with shampoo & conditioner as usual.

Don't forget! Because of the powerful ingredients this product contains, like lactic acid, we recommend doing a patch test on the underside of your wrist or top of your hand before first use to ensure no reactions.

Worth the hype

"I have a thick wavy hair type that had been bleached before, had been super damaged about a year ago and doesn’t work with most products. I was about to start making my own shampoo and conditioner from scratch at home. I took the quick test on Bondi boost website and they matched me with 4 products based on what I answered there. I’m not kidding when I tell you I noticed a difference after the first wash. Even better- my straight male friend said to me “your ends look super healthy” after only 2-3 weeks of using the product. Magic In A Bottle!!

"Listen, I have an oily scalp like I could fried some food from how oily my hair is but after the first use, it surprised me at how well it works. I decided to use after not washing my hair for three days (listen I know, it was a very busy three days) and I pair it with the HG shampoo and conditioner and the Miracle hair mask. After using it, holy volume was crazy and I do lack volume from how flat, fine, and thin my hair is so that is an amazing addition. After the day of washing my hair, in the morning and afternoon, it would be nice and clean and as the days continues, of course it would be oily but after I used the rinse, it didn't get oily until maybe late at night which I was very surprised. Overall, I love it and would use it again, I'm going to add this to my weekly routine and it's easy to use! Don't have to do anything beside putting into your roots then message for a couple seconds then rinse, easy and very lazy proof for me! Would recommend and would buy again!"

Should your hair and scalp be wet or dry when applying the rinse? And, do you rinse it out before shampooing or leave it in? Thank you
Hi there! Great questions! When applying our clarifying rinse, your hair should be wet. As for whether to rinse it out or leave it in, it’s totally up to you! You can either rinse it out before shampooing OR leave it in and just shampoo as usual- either way, it won’t affect the performance! Let us know if you need any more help, we’re happy to help!
Can this be used with the elixir hair oil applied prior that is a pre-shampoo treatment? Or should it be one or the other?
Hi Kelly, Great question! Yes, you can absolutely use both the clarifying rinse and the elixir hair oil as part of your routine. In fact, they work really well together! The clarifying rinse is designed to help remove buildup, making it the perfect step after using your pre-shampoo oil treatment.

how often should this be used?
Hi Rachel, Thanks so much for getting in touch with us. When starting your HG Journey we recommend using the HG Clarifying Rinse each time your wash for the first two weeks.
